This program features do-it-yourself treatments that nourish your skin from within, promoting a chemical-free regimen that illuminates your complexion, diminishes acne marks, and bestows a blemish-free visage in just 12 days, all with the power of natural ingredients. Each day, we'll assign you specific tasks and recommend a mask for application, all utilizing ingredients found at home. Our objective is to eliminate dependency on chemicals and embrace a completely natural approach. With just 10 minutes of your day, you'll witness visible improvements. Feel free to repeat this routine once a month for sustained benefits. Epsom Salt or Sea Salt or Table Salt, Olive Oil, Saffron, Milk, Honey, Orange, Banana, Elaichi, Cucumber, Almond, Apple, Spinach, Coriander, Yogurt, Ground Flaxseed, Cinnamon, Mint, Rice Flour, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Urad Dal, Besan, Lemon, Malai, White Rice, Ghee, Coconut Oil, Oatmeal. We do not need everything at once, so please do not buy everything. For the next 12 days, refrain from consuming milk, yogurt, or any dairy products, as they can negatively impact the skin. You can research the adverse effects of dairy on the skin online; it's known to trigger acne and contribute to the accumulation of dead skin cells. Additionally, adhere to a rule of abstaining from applying any chemical-based products on your face for the next 12 days. This includes face wash, soap, creams, night creams, and serums. The only exception is sunscreen lotion, as there's no natural alternative that provides equivalent protection. Our goal is to embrace a completely natural approach to skincare for the coming days.
